Instructions
Whisk eggs (2) in a large bowl. Then whisk in the milk (⅔ cup), cinnamon (1 tsp), salt (1 pinch), and maple syrup (2 Tbsp).
Dunk each slice of brioche in the batter for about 2 seconds and transfer to a plate.
In a large nonstick pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter.
Add half the slices and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove to a tray and repeat with remaining slices and butter.
Add an even layer of sugar (4 Tbsp) to the top of each toast.
Using a kitchen torch, carefully brûlée the top of each toast evenly.
Serve with maple syrup. Enjoy!
